Leeann Waddington MSN, EDD 

With over 15 years of leadership experience in Canada and the US, Leeann brings a diverse range of skills to her consulting work. She is an Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator and Trainer, has a certificate in Curriculum and Instructional Design, and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Indiana State University.  

Leeann recently completed her Doctor of Education in Distance Education at Athabasca University, where her research explored the use of Appreciative Inquiry in educational development to support faculty innovation in teaching practice to meet the needs of a more digital society. As a leader in healthcare and education, her practice is grounded in complex systems, where she has remained committed to supporting the human side of change. Appreciative Inquiry provides a foundational element of her approach for building relationships and teams, managing people and implementing strategic and emergent change.

 

Lisa Gedak M.A.

Lisa’s unique expertise and passions intersect resulting in a comprehensive knowledge of innovative approaches and strategies that can generate new possibilities for the future of individuals and groups. With background practice in higher education, instructional design, and tech-enhanced learning, Lisa understands the narratives that make individuals, groups, and organizations extraordinary. As an Appreciative Inquiry (AI) facilitator, Lisa deeply values building on the strengths of individuals and groups to positively impact their future.

An alumnus of Royal Roads University (RRU) Master of Arts in Learning and Technology (MALAT) program, Lisa’s research examined unique K-12 school communities’ experiences during the COVID-19 pivot to remote learning.
